Today we ask you to join us in spreading this message. Through our campaign, you can send a letter to your MP calling on them to ratify the following points. By acting on them, the world can help avert World War III. These points are based on the guidance given to world leaders by the 5th Caliph:
1. RECOGNISE THE CREATOR
To understand that recognition of our Creator as One can be the only true bedrock for the recognition of humanity as One.
2. ESTABLISH ABSOLUTE JUSTICE
To act with justice, in all areas of life, eschewing vested interests, and working always for what is right.
3. FOSTER GLOBAL UNITY
To establish the equality of all nations in international structures such as the UN Security Council and the World Bank.
4. SEEK NUCLEAR DISARMAMENT
To work for the speedy disarmament of nuclear weapons, whose use in any arena would spell untold suffering for humanity and the planet at large.
5. ELIMINATE WEAPON PROFITEERING
To put people before profit, by ending weapons profiteering, especially to such countries engaged in conflict.
6. CREATE ECONOMIC EQUITY & ERADICATE POVERTY
To end debt-slavery at every level, and to establish the sovereign right of every people to a share in the wealth of their nation’s resources.
7. WORK FOR THE GOOD OF ONE’S NATION
To work in a spirit of selfless sacrifice and goodwill for one’s country of residence, whether native to the land or not.
8. REJECT EXTREMISM
To recognise that to counter extremism in the name of Islam requires the promotion and propagation of the true, peaceful face of Islam.
9. INSTIL SERVICE TO HUMANITY
To foster mutual love and service for all humanity, irrespective of class, colour or creed.
